Oh My Pawsh
Logo and brand identity for a boutique dog grooming puptique
Oh My Pawsh Brand Identity
-
In 2023 I rebranded Oh My Pawsh Grooming Puptique with a playful, elegant identity built around a heart-shaped “O”. The project included a primary logo, a standalone heart symbol, color and type standards, a one-page brand guide and ready-to-use social media assets.

My Role
Logo & Brand Identity Designer, HMV Designs
Client
Oh My Pawsh Grooming Puptique, a boutique dog grooming business
Project Scope
Logo Design · Brand Symbol · Color & Typography · Brand Guidelines · Social Media Assets
Objective
Create a captivating, sophisticated identity that matches Oh My Pawsh’s commitment to exceptional grooming. The new logo needed to feel loving, elegant and detail-focused, while keeping the brand’s whimsical personality.
Target Audience
Pet owners who put their dogs’ well-being first. They value high-quality grooming and appreciate the artistry and attention to detail that goes into every groom.
Exploration
I explored several directions before landing on the final mark: an arched badge with a poodle silhouette, an “OP” monogram with a paw-print pattern, and three script lockups that tested a solid poodle, a full poodle silhouette and a single-line poodle. The single-line version felt the most elegant and playful, so it became the foundation of the final logo.
Creative Concept
The centerpiece is a custom heart-shaped “O”, a symbol of the unconditional love between pet owners and their dogs. Flowing script lettering adds elegance and echoes the care of a meticulous groom, and a single-line poodle drawn from the final stroke of “Pawsh” brings in the playful side of the brand.
The Brand System
Primary logo in hot pink and black, plus all-white and all-black versions for use on photos, merchandise and signage.
A standalone heart “O” symbol for profile images, stickers and small spaces.
Typography: Turbinado Pro for headers, Beloved Script Bold for subheads and Agenda for call-out copy.
Color palette: #EC0B8E hot pink, #E580AC rose, #DDBDC7 blush, black and white.
Social media launch kit: Facebook profile and cover images and Instagram highlight covers.
Takeaway
A strong brand mark can carry a whole personality. By building the identity around one meaningful shape, the heart “O”, Oh My Pawsh got a logo that feels warm and premium and works at every size, from a storefront sign to a profile photo.
